Near Water Concert Series Presents Andrew Belle

with special guests Eric Fink and Phil Roach of The Giving Tree Band Fueled by Monster Energy Drink

The Near Water Concert Series Presents: Andrew Belle with special guests Eric Fink and Phil Roach of the Giving Tree Band fueled by Monster Energy Drink.

On May 23, the first show of The Near Water Concert Series fueled by Monster Energy Drink is taking stage at the Meyer Theatre. This new series is focused on bringing in both emerging and established musicians that typically wouldn’t hit the area. In the past, the Meyer has had acts such as Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, Zac Brown Band, and Lady Antebellum well before their festival-headlining fame. The Near Water Concert Series is now a branded effort to keep that level of “next big name” excitement alive in downtown Green Bay.

Andrew Belle is headlining the First Near Water Concert event. He has had his music featured on everything from Grey’s Anatomy, One Tree Hill, 90210, Keeping Up the Kardashians, Pretty Little Liars, The Real World and more. Andrew Belle worked with Microsoft, who used his track “Sky’s Still Blue” to help promote Windows 7 and Windows Live.  He has also worked with the musical collective Ten out of Tenn. He was featured on the “Ten out of Tenn, Volume 3” compilation alongside Joy Williams of the Civil Wars with his track “Static Waves” featuring Katie Herzig.

Opening the first Near Water Concert Series fueled by Monster Energy Drink are Eric Fink and Phil Roach of The Giving Tree Band. The Giving Tree Band is known for their environmentally-conscious attitudes and vegan lifestyles. The band will be featured alongside Moby, Yoko Ono, and The Buzzcocks on the “Home on the Range” compilation album benefiting the Compassionate Farming Education Initiative. The Giving Tree Band was also selected as one of five artists in The Dead’s Covers Project for their cover of “Brown Eyed Girl.” The band is currently featured on Dead.net, the official site of the Grateful Dead.

The Near Water Concert Series is made possible by great sponsor support from Monster Energy Drink and our media partner WKRU 106.7 The Kruz. Tickets for the May 23rd concert go on sale Friday, April 13 at 11:00am through all Oneida Casino Ticket Star Outlets, the Resch Center box office, 800.895.0071, or at www.ticketstaronline.com. Tickets for this general admission event are $10 in advance, $12 day of show.
